Giant Schnoodle
Friday, May 2nd, 2008The Giant Schnoodle
Schnoodle dogs have become a very popular breed as of late. The Giant Schnoodle is a hybrid of a Giant Schnauzer and a standard poodle.
This cross-breeding produces a massive Schnoodle, which will typically weigh around 70 lbs at adulthood. Giant Schnoodles are known for being a non-shedding breed, and are among the few breeds that severe allergy sufferers can tolerate. Giant Schnoodles also derive their gentle demeanor from their Giant Schnauzer parents, making for a dog that is quite suitable for domestication.

As with a Schnoodles, Giant Schnoodles require grooming. They frequently develop in-grown hair in their ears, which is adopted from their Poodle lineage. Giant Schnoodles have a reputation for being trainable, amicable, and hypo-allergenic dogs. Their recent surge in adoption comes as no surprise, as families are always looking for dogs which can interact with children.
